After a thorough initial consultation (First Session – 1 hour- approx.) which includes an overall movement assessment. I will design an integrated program (Second Session -1 hour- approx.) that fits your personal needs and goals. A program that is designed to be appropriate for your level of fitness – yet challenges you.
2. PROPER PROGRAMMING AND EFFECTIVE EXERCISES
It’s often hard to find the right balance in a program – I will help you find the right exercises/ best programming to help you achieve your goals.
3. REDUCED CHANCE OF INJURY
I will teach you the proper form and technique to use during your workout so you can stay safe and reduce injuries.
4. OVERCOME OBSTACLES AND PLATEAUS
When you hit a plateau in your exercise routine, it can be hard to push through and stay motivated. I can help you understand why you hit a plateau and find ways for you to work through it and see more results.
