Sivananda Yoga Classes
Experience Traditional Yoga! Sivananda Yoga focuses on Yoga’s purity, tradition, and authenticity, which date back several thousand years. Emphasis is placed on unifying the body, mind and spirit though relaxation, breathing techniques and steady postures.
This style of Yoga is the creation of the late Swami Vishnudevananda, also a disciple/student of Swami Sivananda, who established his Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Montreal in 1959. He has trained over 15,000 teachers, and there are numerous Sivananda centers around the world.
Vinyasa Yoga is also known as Flow Yoga. The Vinyasa style integrates breath with movement in a flowing sequence of yoga poses. A beautiful intermix of Yoga Asanas & Creative Movements! Uses music.
Restore Yoga for Stress Release
This slow paced Yoga practice unwinds and opens the body using gentle yoga poses, breathwork and body release techniques to enhance the restorative experience. Restore is beneficial to those seeking a slower, deeper practice to renew oneself for health and peace in daily life. Intended for all levels and beginner friendly. Bring props (Bolsters, Pillow etc for more comfort).
