This slow paced Yoga practice unwinds and opens the body using gentle yoga poses, breathwork and body release techniques to enhance the experience. Restore Yoga is beneficial to those seeking a slower, deeper practice to renew oneself for health and peace in daily life. Intended for all levels and beginner friendly. One must be able to get up and down off the floor. This is a slow flow class- Some standing and kneeling is included.
