Wendy offers Private Sessions/classes to both new and seasoned clients/groups to help to better meet their personal needs and motivate them toward achieving their goals in a safe and relaxing atmosphere. Contact Wendy and arrangements can be made for on site classes at your facility or workplace. Alternatively another location may be secured for private group classes.

To alleviate symptoms of combat stress (COSR), post-traumatic stress (PTS) and increase the resilience of critical task performers working in high stress environments ( soldiers, vets, firefighters,police officers, correctional officers, paramedics) including affected caregivers and family members by providing evidence-based yoga and mindfulness practices. Benefits include:
