Pilates for Back Care & Core:

Lean backs

Are you are suffering from back pain or simply want a stronger and more stable core? This Pilates class will have you covered. This program will increase your core stability, help reduce back pain and improve your overall mobility. Wendy only chooses the safest and most effective Pilates exercises.

Must have the ability to get up and down off the floor and be cleared for exercise. Pilates Props provided. Limited Mats provided.

Note: Some mats provided 5-6. Wear comfortable clothing. Pilates is normally practiced with no shoes on.

Next session: September 9th, 2019.  7 sessions.
Day: Mondays. 7 -8 pm

Fee: Non-Residents Rate: $83.48 + Tax

Resident Rate: (Oromocto/Lincoln/Rusagonis/Waasis Rate: $74.78 + tax

55+ Pilates

A Pilates movement class designed to fit the needs of the more mature participant. This is a slower-paced/adapted Pilates class to improve mobility, balance and increase overall strength for 55+ participants. Must have the ability to get up and down off the floor and be cleared for exercise and functionally independent. Pilates Props provided. Limited Mats provided.

Next Session: September 13th, 2019

Day: Fridays.
Time: 9-9:50 am.

Fee: Non-Residents: $21.74 + Tax

Resident Rate: (Oromocto/Lincoln/Rusagonis/Waasis Rate: $20.00 + tax

UNB Pilates Program – (Currie Center- Hathaway Studio)   

Centrefit+ – Pilates

CentreFit+ is a floor based Pilates inspired workout using your own body as resistance to continually challenge and engage your core. Each class will help develop a strong and stable core while promoting flexibility, mobility and a touch of HIIT cardiovascular challenges. This class incorporates small portable equipment such as bands, Pilates circles, small balls to ensure the class is fun and varied.

Tuesdays – 12:10 – 1 pm- UNB Hathaway Studio – Drop ins welcome! $10
