Women & Weights: 5 Class Training Series
Feel Confident. Get Strong. Want to learn the essentials of weight-lifting but don’t know where to start or how? This program will teach you proper lifting techniques and give you the boost and confidence you need. A Basic weight-training program provided on conclusion of program. Includes: Dumbbells/ Bar/ Body weight training only. Equipment provided.
Must be cleared for exercise and functionally independent. Mats limited. Bring mat if possible.
