This Chair Yoga class is a gentle approach program that incorporates a chair for added support and comfort. It is designed to be accessible to those who may be recovering from an injury or for the more mature participant. Expect to gain leg strength, improve your balance and flexibility all in a relaxing and positive atmosphere. Must be cleared for exercise and functionally independent.
